Rugby has always been a space that provided me the freedom to be fully and unapologetically myself. On the field, I learned to value my strength—physical, mental, and emotional—and to celebrate what my body can do. The sport taught me how to work hard and still have fun, embracing competition with joy and purpose. Most of all, rugby has given me a community and I hope this club continues to create space for others to experience the joy rugby has brought to my life.
